Charles Persico has been elevating the experience of Hamptons homeowners for over two decades.
Raised in Buffalo, New York, Charles moved to eastern Long Island after obtaining his business degree. He worked as a handyman and built connections with local homeowners. It taught him that Hamptons properties are more than a home — they’re an expression of sophistication, style and success that require specialized care.
In 2009, he began his mission to deliver personalized property management services that his clients could rely on. Today, Charles leads a team of experts who share his dedication to refined details and exceptional service.
